Some of our listeners have experienced playback issues when using Apple devices.
This appear to be due to recent updates from Apple that aren`t playing nicely with our player.
We will endeavour to resolve but please see below for a workaround for you device

Mac users

1. Copy the URL –
https://streaming03.zfast.co.uk:2199/tunein/radioph1.pls
2. Open iTunes
3. Select File > Open Stream (or use the keyboard short cut ‘cmd + U’) and paste the copied URL in to the dialogue box

iPad/iPhone users

1. Install the free application `VLC Player` from the App Store
2. Copy the URL –
https://streaming03.zfast.co.uk:2199/tunein/radioph1.pls
3. Open VLC Player
4. Click the small traffic cone icon at the top left of screen
5. Select `Network Stream`
6. Paste copied URL into the grey box just under the orange title section
7. Tap `Open Network Stream`
